Get married in New York City Hall
We provide unlimited photos to send them to you. Our mission is capturing all the moments in your important day in your life, candid pictures for all the interaction between two of you and your friends and family during the waiting time in New York City Hall. Our professional New York City Hall Photographers are good at posing group pictures. During the ceremony, we will capture all the emotional moments from exchanging vows, rings, and last but not least, the kissing moment after the officiant announced that you are married. After the City Hall ceremony, we will take you to the City Hall area for beautiful bridal and couple posing photos. We guarantee you will be happy with our service because we are very much passionate and proud to be a successful wedding photographer in New York. All the photos will be upload to an online album to share your memories easily anywhere and everywhere.
We also provide add on video service on your wedding. We have the best audio capture system to capture your vow and the moment when both of you say I do. We will upload it to youtube private link for you. It is the easiest way to share your love with your friends and relatives.
Step 1: Obtain a Marriage License online
You can apply for a marriage license online through The Clerk of the City of New York.

Fee: $35
You have to do this at least 24 hours before you go to City Hall for your Marriage Ceremony. That is the moment you guys actually get married and we will be there for you to capture this amazing moment. The Marriage License expires in 60 days after the time of purchase.
Step 2: Find a location in City Hall in New York to get married!

1. Manhattan Office

Office Hours: Hours: 8:30 am to 3:45 pm, Monday through Friday
This is the most popular location to get married in New York. You may encounter a long line in some busy time, like Valentine’s Day.
2. Brooklyn Office
Brooklyn Municipal Building
Address: 210 Joralemon Street, Room 205, Brooklyn, NY 11201
Hours: 8:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday
3. Queens Office
Address: 120-55 Queens Boulevard, Ground Floor, Room G-100Kew Gardens, NY 11424
Hours: 8:30 am to 3:45pm, Monday through Friday
4. Staten Island Office
Staten Island Borough Hall Building

All the offices close on Saturday and Sunday. Please double-check before you go for some exceptional time or holidays.
Step 3: Marriage Ceremony
Fee: $25
No reservations or appointments for a Marriage Ceremony are accepted from New York City Marriage Bureau. You just need to make an appointment with our New York City Hall wedding photographer. We will meet you outside the New York City Marriage Bureau.
Both of you make sure to bring your ID and your Marriage License.
It is not necessary to be a New York Resident or United State Citizen to get married in New York. So many tourists also married in New York. What a memorable and meaningful place to get married. See the proper identification list here. Click the link here.
You need a witness.
You and your fiance must have at least one witness, who must be 18 years of age or over. The witness or witnesses must bring proper identification too. Our wedding photographer would happy to be your witness.
Step 4: You are married!
Enjoy and Photo Time!
You will receive your marriage certificate right after the marriage ceremony.
Our New York City Hall Wedding Photographer will make sure to capture this happiest moment in your life!
Step 5: Received your New York City Hall Wedding Photos or Videos.
We will send you the most important photo on the same date you get married, so you can share this happy moment with all your family and friends.
The photo-production time would be 2 weeks.
The video production time would be 3 weeks.
We will try our best to send you all the production as soon as we finish the production process.
We may send you photos or videos earlier once the production process has been done.
Wedding location outside City Hall.
The wedding location actually can be anywhere as long as conducted by a Marriage Officiant who is eligible to perform Marriage Ceremonies under New York State Law. You can arrange a Marriage Ceremony as you wish, no matter it’s your home, church, restaurant or event hall. You can also choose some public location, Central Park, Brooklyn Bridge, or Times Square.
Remember, your Marriage Officiant must be registered with the Office of the City Clerk before the wedding. You can call 311 to verify if your Marriage Officiant is registered with the Office of the City Clerk in person. You can also mail to verify for that:

After your Marriage Ceremony, you and your spouse, your Marriage Officiant, your witness or witnesses will need to sign the Marriage License. Your Marriage Officiant will return the Marriage License within five business days to the New York City Clerk's Office. Within 20 days, you will receive your Certificate of Marriage Registration from the New York City Clerk's Office.
